Privacy Policy

HUFCO respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we collect when you use our website, request an estimate, apply for a private commission, schedule a consultation, use our client portal, speak with our AI phone assistant, or communicate with our team.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, project address or ZIP code, project details, measurements, budget or timing information, photographs and files you choose to provide, appointment details, and the contents of messages you send to us. Our AI phone and chat services may also create call recordings, transcripts, summaries, and scheduling records. We notify callers when a call may be recorded.

How we use information

We use this information to answer questions, assess project fit, prepare estimates and proposals, schedule and manage consultations, design and build projects, provide project updates, improve customer service, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.

Optional campaign measurement

If you allow optional measurement, we count campaign page visits, project-link clicks and inquiry form starts using a random browser-session identifier. These measurement records contain campaign codes and steps, without your name, email address, phone number or project details. We limit reporting to the last 30 days and remove older records during subsequent measurement activity. Campaign-source preferences on your device expire after 30 days. You can choose Essential only or clear the measurement checkbox to stop further optional measurement, and you can inquire with either choice. This permission does not subscribe you to marketing or authorize advertising-platform uploads.

Service providers and sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, communications, scheduling, payments, project management, data storage, and AI assistant. We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in or consent information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

QuickBooks-connected business information

When an authorized HUFCO administrator connects HUFCO LLC's QuickBooks Online account to our internal platform, we may retrieve customer names and contact information, account balances, payment records, and estimates related to HUFCO projects. We use that information to maintain customer and project records, review payment status, and confirm the value and history of sales opportunities. The CRM's on-demand pull does not change QuickBooks records. A separate site-visit invoicing workflow is currently in preview mode; if HUFCO enables it later, it may create customer records and invoices and void unpaid invoices in QuickBooks.

Access to this information is limited to authorized HUFCO personnel who need it for their work. Our hosting and database providers process it to operate the internal platform. OAuth credentials are encrypted and stored server-side. We do not sell QuickBooks-derived information or disclose it to third parties for their own advertising.

Disconnecting QuickBooks stops future retrieval but does not automatically erase customer or project information already saved in HUFCO's CRM. We retain those records as reasonably necessary for business operations and applicable obligations. You may request a correction or deletion using the contact information below; some accounting and project records may need to be retained.

Text messages

We send text messages only when you provide consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for details.

Data retention and choices

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including project records, security, and legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete personal information, subject to records we must keep.
